Our commitment
Credit For Life is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Measures we take
- Structuring pages with clear headings and landmarks so they work with screen readers
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
- Designing forms with labeled fields and keyboard access
- Aiming for sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Reviewing new pages and features against accessibility guidelines as we build them
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some parts of our site, including certain interactive tools like calculators and older third-party embeds such as our map, may not yet fully meet our accessibility target. We are working to identify and fix these issues over time.
If you rely on a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology and run into a tool or page that doesn't work the way you expect, please tell us. We would rather hear about a problem directly than have you struggle with it, and we can often help you complete what you were trying to do over the phone in the meantime.
