We do not sell or share your personal information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Credit For Life does not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We can say this plainly: the loan request form on our /apply/ page is built and operated by an independent network partner, and the information you enter there — including your Social Security number and bank details — goes directly to that partner. Credit For Life never receives, holds, sells or shares it.
We publish this page anyway because California law requires businesses to disclose their sale/sharing practices, and because we want to help you reach the right place if you want to manage how the loan request form's information is used.
How to opt out with our network partner
The loan request form is operated by an independent network partner, which acts as its own separate business for the information you enter there, including sharing it with lenders, sponsored listings and marketing partners under its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. To stop that partner or its partners from further using or sharing your information, use the opt-out, unsubscribe or contact options linked directly in the loan request form, or in that partner's Privacy Policy.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal your browser or a browser extension can send to websites, indicating that you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Credit For Life honors GPC signals we receive as a valid opt-out preference for our own site, even though we do not currently sell or share personal information.

California law requires businesses to explain their sale/sharing practices and how to opt out, even when the answer is that we don't sell or share personal information. We also want to point you to the right place to manage your preferences with our network partner.
How do I opt out with the network partner that runs the loan request form?
That partner is a separate business responsible for the information you enter in the form. Use the opt-out, unsubscribe or contact options linked directly in the form, or in that partner's own Privacy Policy, to stop further use or sharing of your information by that partner or its marketing partners.
